Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
All purchases made through our platform are for participation in time-specific cultural events and/or food bookings.
In accordance with § 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Article 16(l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- The provision of services related to leisure activities, such as event participation, where the contract specifies a specific date or period of performance.
Therefore, all sales are final, and refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted, except in cases where the event is cancelled by the organizer.
